I’ve been vegetarian for over a year now and I get asked all the time if I miss any foods that I used to eat like meat.. nope! Eggs? Nope. But one thing I did miss about eating out after turning vegetarian was French toast because it was always made with eggs. That is until I found this cute little vegan and organic restaurant about 3 hours north of me in Mendocino called Raven’s Restaurant. And guess what they had – vegan, organic French toast! Honestly, before my husband took me there 4 years ago, I didn’t know vegan French toast could taste that good.
